As a Customer Success Representative (Intern), your time will be spent phoning, emailing, and chatting with Loadlink members across North America. Your tasks will range from training and migrating existing customers to our new program, providing information on our package options, recommending solutions, and training customers on how to use our software products. Please note this position is also available as a bilingual (EN/FR) opportunity.
The Business Analyst (Intern) role focuses on assuring the quality of our software products by conducting extensive testing during the product release cycle and at all major project milestones. You will also create and provision technical materials needed for a broad range of end-users.
The Data Research Analyst (Intern) has a passion for data, a knack for uncovering true value in what others may not see, and enjoy identifying and understanding solutions to unique analytical problems. The core duties of this role involve collecting, maintaining, and interpreting data to assist the company in making informed decisions.
The Full Stack Developer (Intern) works on designing and developing scalable applications for web and mobile and assists with coding enhancements for the optimization of existing products and services. This role requires a strong analytical background and familiarity with SAAS environments.
As a Human Resources Administrator (Intern), you’ll gain exposure in full-cycle recruiting (including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding), benefits and payroll processing, and well as the HR documentation maintenance. This role requires strong communication skills and a drive to foster an engaging and collaborative work environment.
The primary responsibilities of the Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (Intern) focus on extensive product testing, provisioning, research, and configuration. This is an analytical role requiring a strong grasp of testing methodologies and problem-solving within an Agile work environment.
The role of the Software Developer (Intern) is to design and develop scalable processes for the CRM system and other applications. This is a technical position focusing on front-end development, troubleshooting, and experimenting with database technologies.
